Program Overview

A Different Kind of Investment

The Performance Shift is a fully customized group coaching engagement for professional teams who want to perform at a higher level — personally and collectively. It doesn't matter whether your team is struggling or thriving. The best teams in the world still have a gap between where they are and where they're capable of going. This program closes that gap.

Coach Danny is embedded inside the program from start to finish — running calls, driving accountability, and adjusting in real time based on what the team needs. The result is a team that doesn't just feel better. They operate differently.

How the Program Unfolds

Programs are typically structured around a six-week engagement, with shorter sprints and longer formats available based on what the organization needs. Every phase is intentional — the progression builds on itself, and the timing of what gets introduced and when is part of what makes it work.

Pre-Program
The Approach

Before the challenge begins, Coach Danny connects with leadership to understand the team, establish the program structure, and answer every question in a dedicated Q&A call. Everyone starts Day 1 prepared — not just informed.

Week One
The Foundation

The program opens with a health focus — and that's intentional. Nutrition, movement, sleep, and daily habits are where confidence starts to build, individually. The rhythm of the program takes hold here, and the team chemistry that makes everything else possible begins through what they're doing together from Day 1.

Week Two
Gaining Ground

A competitive element is introduced — lightly. The scoreboard becomes real, the team starts paying attention to where they stand, and the energy that's been building from week one now has somewhere to go. People are beginning to feel the difference. The connection deepens.

Week Three
Culture & Ownership

Trust has been built, walls are coming down, and the team is ready for the conversations that actually matter. This is where the program goes beyond health and into the fabric of how the team operates — how people communicate, how they show up for each other, what they're willing to commit to, and what they expect in return. Coach Danny introduces the framework for a high-performing team culture: what it looks like to take full responsibility for your role, how to give and receive honest feedback, how to clear tension before it becomes friction, and what it means to keep your word to the people around you. This timing isn't accidental. A team can't have this conversation on Day 1. By week three, they're ready for it.

Weeks Four–Five
Professional Performance

The focus shifts inward. Professional habits, time and schedule management, daily operating systems, and the friction most teams quietly tolerate get addressed directly. This is where personal and professional efficiency compound — and where the program earns its keep beyond the health piece.

Week Six
Close the Gap

The final week is about locking in what was built and closing the distance between where the team is and where they're capable of going. The habits are embedded. The closing call is a real moment — recognition, reflection, and a clear picture of what comes next.

The Game Changes Everything

Most corporate programs fail for one reason — people stop showing up. Not because they don't care, but because there's nothing pulling them back in. The Performance Shift is built differently. The challenge is gamified — individual scoring, team competition, and a scoreboard that makes every week matter.

What people are competing on is the work itself. Points are earned by showing up better — hitting nutrition targets, moving their body, improving sleep, managing stress, sharpening their mindset, and building the daily habits that actually move the needle. The categories are the program. The competition is the carrot. People aren't focused on what they're giving up — they're focused on winning. The health and habit work happen as a byproduct of not wanting to fall behind.

And while they're competing, something else is happening underneath it: the team is building real bonds through a shared experience of doing something hard together. That's the part that stays long after the program ends.

The Ask Is Minimal. The Return Isn't.

The program is designed to fit inside a professional's existing life — not compete with it. The time commitment is light. The impact isn't.

Weekly Team Huddle
One 30–45 minute live call per week. Real conversations about performance, habits, and what's working or not. This is where the coaching happens.
Weekly Team Challenge
One optional 20–30 minute virtual session — competitive, fun, and designed to build the kind of connection that carries back into the workplace.
Weekly Accountability
Structured check-ins that take minutes. This is the engine of the program — awareness and participation are the two things that drive results.
Daily Awareness
Participants aren't asked to do more — they're asked to notice more. Most of what they're already doing just gets tracked, shared, and built on.
Office Hours
Available throughout the program for individuals who want to go deeper on anything covered — personally or professionally.
In-Person Option
Live team sessions and off-site meetings can be incorporated at any point in the program based on what the organization wants and when it makes the most sense.

The two ingredients that make these programs work are awareness and participation. The entire program is engineered to create both. Once people are engaged and invested, the results follow on their own.

The Conversation Starts Here

Every program is built around the team it's designed for. The next step is a conversation — not a proposal.
